    1.Adult 2.4 Mcg/day is the daily requirement.

    You can take 1 glass of milk.

     Kue ki es 2.5 mcg vitamin b12 milta hai.

     

    2.Agar aap 1 bara glass lassi pite ho

    To 2 to 2.2 mcg me

     

    Pura kar sakte ho

    Hai na Achhi bath.

    3.Agar aap Soya Milk,Tofu lete ho tab bhi kota pura hota hai.

    4.Lunh me panner le sakte ho 100 gm paneer me bhi 2 mcg vitamin b12 mil jaye ga.

    5.Aap dud se bani dahi loyo ge tab bhi vitamin b12 ke matra pur kar sakte ho.

    To chinta ka kai bath nehi hai.

    Es achhi bath ke liya like to ho jana chahiya.

    Or age bhi bahut important health information milte rahega taki aap healthy rahe.
