It can make you miserable and can cause problems in your daily life, such as at school or in the workplace.

Some are by diet, exercise, and moral support.
Recovery is possible but time consumable.

It can vary and depend on the disorder.
It is mainly circumstances and depends on other factors.
These symptoms can affect a person’s emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. is also a leading cause of disability.
Untreated this illness can also cause severe emotional, behavioral and physical health problems.
Complications sometimes linked to with illness include:
- Family problems
- Relationship problems.
- Socially inactive.
- Unhappiness and less enjoyment of life
- Problems with tobacco, alcohol and other drugs
- Legal and financial problems
- Poverty
- Homelessness
- The weakened immune system
- Self-harm and harm to others, including suicide.
Heart disease and other medical conditions.
3. Mental Illness Types-
3.1. Psychotic Disorders:
It involves distorted awareness and thinking.
The experience of images or sounds that are not real, such as hearing of voices.
Schizophrenia is an example of a psychotic disorder.
3.2. Anxiety Disorders:
In these disorders, persons respond to certain objects or situations with fear and dread.
This shows physical signs of anxiety or panic, such as a rapid heartbeat and sweating.
3.3. Eating Disorders:
It involves extreme emotions, attitudes, and behaviors involving weight & Food.
3.4. Personality disorders:
Some People with personality disorders have extreme points of ill behavior.
And are distressing to the person and/or cause problems in work, school, or social relationships.
3.5. Mood Disorders:
These disorders also called affective disorders.
It involves persistent feelings of sadness and periods of feeling overly happy or fluctuations from sudden extreme happiness to extreme sadness.
3.6. Post-traumatic stress disorder :
It is a condition that can develop following a traumatic and/or terrifying event.
Such as a sexual or physical assault and, the unexpected death of a loved one, or a natural disaster.

Here are some certain factors which may increase your risk of developing mental health problems:-
- Tremendous stressful life situations, such as financial problems, death or a divorce situation
- The mental problem of Coburn.
- Chronic diseases like Cancer, Piles or Diabetes
- Traumatic experiences, as military combat and being assaulted
- Use of alcohol or drugs
- Being abused or neglected as a child
- Having physical relationships
The effects of these can are temporary and /or long-lasting.
