Mainly Headache is the symptom of pain in the face, head, or neck.
It can occur as migraine, tension-type headache, or cluster headache, or Frequent headaches.

2.1. There are so many reasons for that.
I am giving you a few of them-
Headache due to Gas and Acidity.
Headache due to Cold or Sinus Problem
Headache due to Tension
The cause is –lack of Sleep.
May be due to-Alcohols or taking Drugs.
May be pregnant.
After Delivery, it is noticed an everyday problem.
Some chemicals also may be the reason.
Lack of Oxygen taking.
Lack of fresh air.

The good news is- there are several simple things you can do to ease the pain without going to the doctor or drugstore.
3.1. Try these tips and get better results-
1. Use Cold Pack on your forehead-
If you have a severe headache then place a cold pack on your forehead.
You can use an ice bag also.
Keep the compress on your head for 10 minutes only, then take a break for 10 minutes.
Do it 3 times only and see the amazing results.
2. Ginger for headache as home remedies –
Touted as an elixir for headaches.
Ginger is a home remedy for instant relief.
It helps reduce inflammation of the blood vessels in the head, hence easing the pain.
And since it stimulates digestion, it also helps quell nausea which occurs during migraines.
Another found that it worked almost as well as prescription migraine meds.
3. When study or work on Laptop/Computer, Dim the Lights-
A bright or flickering light and even from your computer screen also can cause migraine headaches.
If you’re prone to then cover your windows with blackout curtains during the day.
You can wear sunglasses outdoors.
You can use daylight-spectrum fluorescent bulbs in your light fixtures to avoid the headache.
4. Gentle Pressure on Your Scalp or Head-
If your ponytail is too tight then loosen it, which may cause a headache.
Sometimes headache found due to- by wearing a hat, headband, or even swimming goggles which are too tight.
One study found that-women who loosened their hair noticed their headaches disappear.
5. Take some Tea or Coffee for the problem of home remedies for headaches-
Have some tea, coffee, or something with a little caffeine in it.
If you take on it early then it could ease your headache pain earlier.
It can also help over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen (Tylenol) work well.
6. Use Peppermint Oil-
With its refreshing scent, peppermint helps open up clogged blood vessels which cause headaches.
It contains menthol which helps regulate blood flow in the body.
Alternatively, can apply crushed peppermint leaves to your forehead.
Make it herbal tea by adding only 1 teaspoon of dried peppermint to a cup of boiling water.
Cover and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Strain and add some honey to sweeten it.
Sip the tea slowly.
7. Practice Yoga or Meditation-
Whether it’s stretched, yoga, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation.
You might even talk to your doctor about physical therapy and if you have any muscle spasms in your neck.
8. Massage Yourself-
You can do it yourself.
Regular exercise promotes good circulation.
9. Eat and sleep on a regular schedule-
Try to maintain 6 -8 hrs. Of sleep.
And take your meal on time and as per your schedule time.
10. Stop smoking & Alcohols-
As you know –Smoking is completely prohibited.
Reduce the amount of alcohol you drink.
11. Eat an Apple every day-
Both apples and apple cider vinegar can be used to fight off a Headache.
For this Mix half cup of apple cider vinegar with half a cup of water and then boil the mixture for 10 minutes in a covered saucepan.
Covered by the towel over your head, and slowly inhale the steam, do it for 5to 6 minutes.
If you wake up with a headache, just eat a piece of apple sprinkled with salt, and drink some warm water after.
Or add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water, with honey and a splash of lemon juice.
Drink it 2 or 3 times a day.

4.1. You can take these Foods-
Orange, yellow, and green vegetables.
Carbonated, spring, or tap water.
Rice, especially brown rice.
Dried or cooked fruits.
Natural sweeteners or flavors, such as maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Some Nuts like Almonds.

Small changes in your daily routines may help relieve headaches naturally.
By changing your diet, you may be able to pinpoint any food or ingredients that trouble your system.
