First of all, we have to take BALANCE DIET on regular basis i.e. CARBOHYDRATE, FAT, PROTEIN, VITAMIN, ROUGHAGE, AND SUFFICIENT WATER.
We have to take green vegetable, fiber food that will improve our digestion system and all system will be improved.
2.4) POLLUTION:
Hence, it is one of the major problems in the city area.
To avoid dust, polluted area or harmful chemicals and time to time washing your hair with chemical free shampoo.
2.5) HYPERTHYROIDISM:
Furthermore, in this disease so many degradations found in the body, hair graying one of them. So proper treatment is required.
