4.1. Warm and cool compresses-

People can try applying a warm and cool compress for immediate relief of itchy eyes.

Warm compresses over the eyes for 5 minutes may help relieve itching due to allergies.

If itchy eyes feel warm and swollen, a cold compress for 10 minutes on the eyes might help ease the itch.

4.2. Use artificial tears/lubricating eye drops:

 This can be used to help flush out allergens that get into the eyes.

4.3. Always keep the eye area- clean-

Dirt, chemicals, sweating and makeup items can all cause itchy eyes.

Keeping the eyes clean every night can help relieve the problems.

Firstly, a person may need to flush the irritant from the eye with cool water or Rose Water to clean the eye area smoothly.

Sometimes, gently rinsing the eyes with warm water on a washcloth may be helpful.

4.4. Wash your face frequently-

 Washing your face is one of the best things you should do to combat itchy, red, swollen eyes.

It can help wash away the allergens sticking to your skin and eyelashes and helps a lot to keep your eye fresh.

4.5. Rinse out the eyes with warm water-

 Rinse out the eyes if you can with a little bit of warm water, and that’s usually helpful.

That will loosen the allergens from the inside of your eyes and help to flush them out then your eyes will clean.

4.6. Try Eye drops-

 Eye itching drop made to soothe itchy, swollen eyes caused by allergens.

Medication including antihistamines can give you some relief for milder allergy symptoms, including swollen eyes.
