Postnatal problems are common for each and every Pregnant Woman.

1.1.Some of these changes-

Few changes are physical, like your breasts getting full of milk.

Others are emotional, like feeling extra stress.

After birth pains are belly cramps you feel as your uterus or womb will shrink back to its normal size after pregnancy.

The cramps should go away in a few days.

Right after you give birth, your uterus is round & hard and weighs about 2½ pounds.

By about 6 weeks after birth and, it weighs only 2 ounces.

1.3. What is breast engorgement?

This is when your breasts will swell as they fill with milk.

It usually happens a few days after giving childbirth.

Your breasts may feel tender and sore also.

The discomfort usually goes away when you start breastfeeding regularly.

If you’re not breastfeeding then it may last until your breasts stop making milk and, usually within a few days.

1.4. What is nipple pain?

If you’re breastfeeding then you may have nipple pain.

You feel it during the first few days, especially if your nipples crack.

1.5.Swelling Problem:

Lots of women have swelling problems in their hands, feet, and face during pregnancy period.

It’s caused by extra fluids in your body.

It may take time for the swelling to go away slowly after you have your baby.

1.6.Constipation?

Constipation is when you don’t have bowel movements and, you don’t have them often or your stools (poop) are hard to pass.

You also may have a painful gas problem.

This may happen to you for a few days after you give birth.

So, take green vegetables every day for a better stool pass.

1.7. Body Tired?

You may have lost blood during the labor period and birth.

This can make your body feel tired.

And your baby probably doesn’t let you sleep the whole night!

You lose weight about 10 pounds after giving birth and maybe a little more within the first week.

This is a great time to get to a healthy weight and, no matter how much you weighed before you got pregnant.

Eating healthy food and being active every day helps boost your energy level and can make you feel better.

It is better to take sleep 7 to 8 hours daily.

Try to read good books and make an association with positive people.

1.8. Hair loss problem?:

Your hair may have seemed thicker and fuller during the pregnancy period.

This is because high hormone levels in your body and made you lose less hair during pregnancy.

After your baby is born then your hair may thin out.

You may even lose hair also.

Hair loss usually stops within 6 months after you give childbirth.

Your hair should regain its normal fullness within a year.

Everyday oil massage your hair is simply better.

That your new baby is here and, you have a lot to think about- when to feed?

And how to get rid of those extra pounds weight?
